Ingrédients

  • 8 oz. medium-sized pasta (250 g)
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (125 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 celery, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter (50 ml)
  • 2 cups Liberté sour cream (500 ml)
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese (750 ml)
  • 2  7oz. cans of white tuna, crumbled and drained (198 g each)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt (7 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (2 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon basil (2 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon oregano (2 ml)

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta following instructions on package.
  2. Strain well.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and butter and save.
  4. Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in remaining butter on medium fire for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in a big bowl.
  6. Add other ingredients except bread crumbs.
  7. Pour everything in a greased 22 X 33 X 5 cm plate. Cover with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 35 minutes, until golden and boiling.
