Smoked White Fish Salad with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Herbs

Ingrédients

  • 1 lb smoked white fish
  • ¼ cup Liberté Plain Greek yogurt 2%
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, minced
  • ½ teaspoon capers, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chives, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper
     

Preparation

  1. Break white fish apart and remove any bones.
  2. Mix fish with yogurt, celery, shallots, capers and herbs.
  3. Add lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre on toast points or with a green salad for lunch.
