Ingrédients

  • 175 g (1) Liberté Méditerranée Plain Yogourt
  • 1 (1) zest and juice of one lemon
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) French shallots, chopped
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) chopped chives, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (1) large celery root, peeled
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) diced pickles
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped capers
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) diced black olives

Preparation

  1. Combine the Liberté yogourt, zest and juice of one lemon, mustard, shallots and chives. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. With a mandoline, cut the celery root into julienne strips and put a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the pickles, capers, olives and yogourt mixture. 
  5. Mix well and adjust the seasoning.
