Chocolaty Yogurt Mousse

Ingrédients

  • 1 egg white
  • 150 ml whipping cream 35%
  • 200 g Liberté Plain Yogurt 2%
  • 100 g dark chocolate disks
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkt. KnoxGelatine (7 grams)
  • Raspberries and mint for garnish

Preparation

  1. Whip cream with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Beat Liberté Plain Yogurt and Knox Gelatine at highest speed.
  3. Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler and fold into yogurt and gelatine mixture.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form and fold into mixture.
  6. Garnish and refrigerate for two hours.
