In a blender, put :

  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • ½ cup peaches
  • 10 almonds
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • ½ cup Liberté Greek Yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ cup water
     

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
