Spicy Avocado Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingrédients

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Liberté 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cumin
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
 

Preparation

  1. Place the yogurt, avocados, jalapeno, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, cumin and salt in a blender or food processor.

  2. Pulse until very smooth. Adjust salt to taste. 

 

Note: Serve with crudités, tortilla chips, grilled chicken, beef burgers and sweet potato wedges.
