Ingrédients

 

  • 1 cup of goat milk
  • 1 cup of goat yogurt 
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 c. of ground cinnamon
  • 2 gelatin sheets previously softened in cold water
  • 4 c. tablespoons apple jelly Trade

Preparation

In a pot, heat the goat milk with sugar and cinnamon.
Melt the gelatin in the hot milk.
Add the Freedom goat yogurt.
Pour into ramekins.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Turn out and serve with apple jelly.
