Ingrédients

Dressing
  • 175 g (1) Liberté Yogourt 2%
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Cider vinegar
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) Maple syrup
  • 100 ml (6 tbsp) Old-fashioned mustard
  • 100 ml (6 tbsp) Sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) Freshly chopped coriander
 
Salad
  • 100 g (4 cups) Arugula
  • 65 ml (¼ cup) Sunflower seeds
  • 65 ml (¼ cup) Cooked bacon
 

Preparation

  1. Put all dressing ingredients in a mixer and mix until well blended.
  2. Adjust the seasoning.
  3. Mix the desired amount of dressing with the salad and keep the surplus in the refrigerator.
  4. Top the salad with the cooked bacon and roasted sunflower seeds. Serve.
 
Note
The dressing can be kept for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
