Ingrédients

  • 350 g Liberté plain tofu, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk (80 ml)
  • ½ cup gruyere, grated (125 ml)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon butter (15 ml)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups brocoli, in little pieces, cooked al dente (500 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (15 ml)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F (180 C). In culinary robot, blend tofu, eggs, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Blend until foamy.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and brown green onions and red bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Mix tofu preparation, sautéd vegetables and brocoli.
  5. Pour in a pyrex plate and garnish with parmesan and parsley.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour it in a pyrex plate.
