- In a saucepan, caramelize in olive oil the onions, garlic and thyme.
- Puree in a mixer and add the cream cheese.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Drop the cooked beans, cherry tomatoes and cream cheese mixture in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced pepper and herbs.
- Adjust the seasoning (salt and pepper).
- Garnish with lettuce and serve.
You can replace the coco beans with other varieties of white beans.
