Ingrédients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (250 ml)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons linseed (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons bran, oatmeal or wheat (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar (30 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (10 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2 ml)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (3 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine (10 ml)
  • 1 cup Liberté Organic Plain yogurt 2,5% (250 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon cold water (5 ml)

Preparation

  1. With two knives, mix well. Incorporate butter. Add in dry ingredients.
  2. Add yogurt and water. Stir only to moisten.
  3. Put on floured surface. Make a ball and knead for about 1 minute ; put on a non-greased cooking plate.
  4. Cut a X on the bread’s surface. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
