Ingrédients

  • 1 cup (250 ml.) Liberté plain Greek yogurt 2%
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pitted Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup (60 ml.) chopped English cucumber
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml.) of lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Chop the Kalamata olives.
  3. Tear the oregano leaves.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients and serve cold. For a smooth texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.
  5. Right before serving, add the lemon juice.
  6. Enjoy!
