  • 200g diced salmon
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, chopped (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1/8 cup Liberté sour cream (35 ml)
  • 1/3 teaspoon wasabi (3 ml)
  • 1/3 teaspoon flower of salt (3 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon sugar (2 ml)
