A little tofu, a lot of options!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Liberté tofu (454 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ? cup honey
  • ? cup tamari
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes.
  2. In an airtight container, marinate the tofu and all the ingredients at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Thread the tofu onto wood or metal skewers (remember to soak wood skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes before using them).
  4. Preheat the barbecue to high and oil the grill to avoid sticking.
  5. Grill the tofu for 10 minutes, turning them so they cook evenly.
  6. Then let your imagination run wild!
