does any of your yogurt have milk made with rBST?

Canada health has not agree the use of this synthetic hormone. It is not present in Canadian milk. Our product are made only with canadian milk and the milk protein concentrate does not contain this hormone.

This stuff is always in our fridge. Growing up Eastern European we like to think we are somewhat of yogurt connoisseurs, and this stuff is tops! Astro Balkan Style is a big contender in taste, but Liberte tops it with natural ingredients and lower cals. Also your new yogurt cups - pricey, but worth every penny!!! So delicious!

Are all your yogourt pasterized? Is it true that the pasteurization kills the probiotics bacteries inside the milk?

Our yogurt is not pasterised. The milk we use is pasterised and we add the probiotics to make the process of yogurt. The yogurt contains live and active bacterias in an amount of 1 billions per portion.

No, there is no rennet in our yogurts, only few strains of bacterial culture. Have a good meal !

When I use Liberte plain probiotic yogurt as a starter for my (SCD) home-made yougurt, the results are not as good as if use Danone Stonyfield yogurt (or dry powder starter). Specifically, while eatable, it does not taste as "normal" yogurt at all and has less acidity. Does it mean that Liberte yogurt has less active bacteria than Stonyfield yogurt?

Liberté certify that there is 1 billion of active bacterias per portion untill the expiry date as our yogurt contains probiotics that are good for the intestine flora.

Love your yogurt. Do you have any brands that typically only contain the following bacteria: lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, & s. thermophilus? My wife has me on a diet but said that I could eat yogurt if I found one with only those as the major bacterial agents. Thank you.

Sorry, none of our yogurt contains only these strains of bacterias. All of our yogurt contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus ad the greek contain also Lactobacillus casei. Our other yogurts contain Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium lactis et du Lactobacillus acidophilus.

It is high in proteins because we strain the lactoserum. We need 3 liters of milk to make 1 liter of greek yogurt. All ingredients are on the container, we have the obligation to write all ingredients on the label.

No, ours is made with cow milk regular or organic. But we have a goat yogurt Greek style 10 % fat. Hopefully, it answers your question.

• 2.5% yogurts (moka, lemon and coconut)
• Méditerranée yogurts (moka, lemon and coconut)
• Goat milk products
• Kéfir

I just noticed my unopened liberte expired 3 days ago. Can I still eat it?

Hi, just called Costco Warehouse in St. Catharines (today 15 Dec) to see if they have the Liberty 1kg 2% yogurt pots in stock. They have no record of any recent orders. Is this product in the 2 * 1Kg packages still available? Are there any other retail outlets in the Niagara region that stock this size? Thanks - it is the best tasting yogurt we have found.
