What are the goats fed? Grass or grains?

Hello Rosalyn, Liberty buys goat milk from two groups (Transport and Cooperative Chevrière Capralac). The herds of goats are from the Center of Quebec. We are not familiar with each herd, but, usually the goats are fed from locally grown hay and from grindings prepared on the farm or at a flour mill. They are inside for feeding but they graze outside in the fields during summer (April to September).

i live in brampton(ontario)and i buy goat milk 3.25% for my daughter. she can't have any other milk. i buy it from fortino but i got bad milk so many time and complaint abt it in fortions but they said we can't do anything. its u guys send the spil milk. so plz my request is make sure u send good milk,so we don't get upset..i buy milk from the fortion one is on bovaird n brisdale (brampton)thx.

Why isn't the goat milk certified as organic when it meets all those standards?? Is it safe to b used for my 10 mth old baby?

We follow strict standards of quality for our products. To be organic a production has to be certified by an official organisation as Québec vrai. Our providers of goat milk are not certified but gives a quality product. Hopefully it answers your question.

Goats eat differently in winter, yes, it could be the reason why it smells strongly.

hey there im considering giving my 10 month old son goats milk instead of cows whole milk. i have a zeyers in my town and i know they sell your products. do you sell organic goats milk? and also does your cow milk contain a2 milk? sorry for all the questions. but, what type of cows are producing your milk? thank you.

Unfortunately we don't sell organic goat yogurt. However our cow's milk comes from organic cows. All of our milk ha vitamine A and D.

I would like to give my daughter organic goat's milk but it is not easy to come by. I was wondering what is in your goats milk that makes it 'nonorganic'. I understand that to be organic, a product is certified, but I am asking in reference to it's actual ingredients (is the goat given antibiotics? is it fed food that has been treated with pesticides, etc?). Thanks.
