I've read somewhere that Kefir has an alcohol content. Is this true? If so, what is the alcohol content of Liberte Kefir?

Yes it is true ,but the amount is negligeable (around 0.02 to 0.05 %) Hopefully, this answer your question ?

Hi, I have been using Kefir for about a month now and really enjoy it... I was wondering if it is necessary to keep the product in its original container?? Is it safe to keep it in a glass jar instead? I find the lid of container comes off quite easily and am afraid of spills in my refrigerator....

It is a good idea to transfer the kefir in a glass jar and prevent accident in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing it.

I'm wondering how long the Kefir will last once opened??? Thanks

Liberté products do not contain preservatives, and you should therefore respect the best before dates to fully benefit from their nutrients and freshness. Once a yogurt has been opened, it should be consumed within five to seven days. However, you can make also your own observations.

Hello, where can I buy plain and raspberry kefir in Markham, Ontario and Scarborough, Ontario? I checked some supermarkets but only saw your yogurt products.
After opening the container, can I save the kefir and store it in the refrigerator for later use?
Also, is it a liquid or is it creamy like yogurt?
I've never had kefir before so I'm curious and want to learn more about it. Thanks!

Hello Ruby, Thanks for your interest in our product. Yes, you can save the kefir in the refrigerator for later use. After opening kefir lose partly its yeast and its champany effect. Traditionnal Kefir contains a lot of good bacterias, within a tablespoon there is 5 billions. The texture is liquid and the taste is a bit acid. If you need more information, please contact us by phone (1-888-340-9306) or by our contact us page.

Please send me info on places in Ottawa,Ontario where
I can purchase your Kefir products.

i was wondering if you could provide me with a list of the Probiotics that are found in the prepared kefir product. also, do you happen to know if the probiotics are viable and able to colonize the GI tract? i've been looking for a product that can do this, as i have a diminished gut flora. thanks
