Hi, can you please tell me what is in the milk protein concentrate? We chose this yoghurt to try on our 1 year old as her first "real" milk product. I am not sure if she had a food reaction to this, and just need to understand what is in the milk protein concentrate and how it is processed/made. If it would be easier for me to speak to/write someone directly about this, please contact me. Thx!
hello Julie, Milk protein is composed with casein and whey. It is dried and transformed in powder to add more proteins and to obtain a texture that allows Liberté to avoid gelatine in its yogurt. Hopefully this is answering your question. If you have more questions don't hesitate to contact us. Have a nice day.
This yogurt is the best tasting yogurt that I've ever eaten, it doesn't have that bitter taste.
Thank you, Ga, for your nice comment. Have a good day !
Thanks for your info on the Milk Protein Concentrate. Can you tell me if the MPC is derived from Canadian Milk?
Hello Sam, It can comes from various origins as Canada, USA and it must follows the rules of Canada: Milk can not contain growing hormones. Hopefully this answering your question. Have a nice day.
