Delicious and nutritious sandwiches

Many people love mayonnaise and don’t hesitate to spread it on thick when making a sandwich. Problem is, mayonnaise is made with oil and egg yolks, which means it’s energy dense and high in calories. To reduce the number of calories in your favourite sandwich, why not mix an equal amount of plain yogurt in with the mayonnaise? It won’t affect the taste and will greatly improve the nutritional value. While you’re at it, why not add a bit of protein, too? Just try the same trick using Liberté Plain Greek Yogurt.
