Ingredients

In a blender, put :
1 cup wild blueberries
½ cup peaches
10 almonds
1/3 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
½ cup Liberté Greek Yogurt
4 ice cubes
½ cup water
 


Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
