NEW RECIPE Healthy yogourt and chocolate muffins - No Egg, Flourless and Lactose Free
Quantity: 6 muffins
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Preparation time 5 minutes
- 1 tbs of chia seeds
- 3 tbs of water
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of Liberté Greek lactose free vanilla yogourt
- 1 cup of steel cut oats
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of sodium bicarbonate
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbs of cacao
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Step 1: Sprinkle the chia seeds on the water. Allow the mixture to expand for a few minutes.
Step 2: Oil or butter a muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375°F. In the container of a food processor, put all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Mix until reaching homogeneity. With the spatula, incorporate the chocolate chips.
Step 3: Divide the dough into the muffin pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out clean. Let cool on a rack. Enjoy!
