Born in the cold, surrounded by the brute force of the geysers, waterfalls, glaciers and Icelanders themselves, the skyr could only be a brute force. With 19g of protein per serving and no added sugar, the new Liberté Skyr is both simple and surprising. With a fleshy and creamy texture, created with 2% fat, coupled with a refreshing acidity, this new skyr will seduce the most delicate palates.
True to the mission of Liberty, the new Liberté Skyr contains no preservatives, food additives, artificial coloring or gelatin and is certified kosher. It is currently available in 500g plain, raspberry or vanilla bean.
