The prime ingredient of Crème Fraîche and Sour Cream is milk fat. The only added ingredient is a simple dose of bacterial culture.

Is Liberty's Crême fraîche suitable for pregnant woman?
hello John, Crème fraiche is good for everybody but you must be aware that it contains 40 % M. F. As butter. Don't hesitate if you have more questions.
What has happened with your quality control? We purchased Liberte cream fresh 250 ml @ Farmboy Montreal Rd. Ottawa Ont. Canada last week. The container was only half filled and watery? What happened? We never had this happen with this product before.
