Orange cranberry cake

It's an orange cake made with almond meal as well as flour so it's a little denser than a regular cake. It also contains a lot of butter and I wondered whether I might replace some of that with the yogurt.

Then along came 0% Greek yogurt and I was hooked. This stuff is great for making all sorts of indulgent things healthier. The rich and creamy texture makes up for any lack of rich fatty flavour. I put this stuff in everything, dressings, oatmeal, smoothies, sauces. I love it. So when I decided I needed a healthy dessert, I turned again to my favourite yogurt.
