Tzaziki, with or without lactose!

We could be 111.5 billions at the same time, but why not do things differently?  

Here's a Tzaziki recipe by MommyDo blog, with or without lactose, depending on what you wish for! 

 

  • 1 cup of Plain Lactose free Liberté Greek yogurt 0% 

  • 1 english cucumber, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh dill finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper
